1. Vectric Master Training Course

We’re confident you’ll achieve impressive results with our Vectric Master Training Course. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time buyers who order directly from us.

  • Guarantee: If you’re not satisfied within the first 30 days, we offer a free one-on-one troubleshooting session (a $200 value). If you’re still not satisfied, you’re eligible for a refund.
  • Requirements: Must complete at least the Level 0: Bootcamp Intro of the course.
  • Disqualifications: Refunds will not be issued for course misuse, sharing access, completing the course, or other misuse at our discretion.
  • Partial Refunds: Accessing more than 50% of the course results in a partial refund.
  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, minus a 2.9% processing fee and 1.5% cross-border fee for international customers.
  • Access: Course access is revoked immediately upon refund.

2. Live Vectric Group Training Community

The Live Vectric Group Training Community is a subscription membership with auto-renewal to provide ongoing training and resources.

  • Trial Periods: Trials (free or discounted) auto transition to full-price subscriptions unless canceled 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled anytime through account settings or by emailing us. Access continues until the end of the billing period; no refunds for unused time.
  • Refunds: Refunds are issued only for disputed auto-renewals reported within 7 days of the charge, minus a 2.9% processing fee and 1.5% cross-border fee for international customers.
  • Grandfathered Pricing: Subscribers retain their initial rate unless they cancel. Re-subscribing will be at the current rate.
  • Plan Changes: Subscribers can switch between monthly and annual plans by contacting us.

3. 1:1 Zoom Training Sessions

Our 1:1 Zoom Training Sessions offer personalized CNC training tailored to your needs.

  • Rescheduling: Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice through the booking email or by contacting us via email. There are no limits on rescheduling.
  • Cancellations: Cancellations can be made through the booking email. However:
    • Self-cancelations through the booking email will not trigger an automatic refund.
    • Customers must email support@learnyourcnc.com to request a refund if they qualify under this policy.
    • Refunds are not issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.
  • No-Shows: No refunds are provided for missed sessions. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or technical difficulties.
  • Customer Satisfaction: If dissatisfied, we offer a complimentary 15-minute follow-up session to address concerns, but no refunds are provided.
  • Refunds: Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days, minus a 2.9% processing fee and 1.5% cross-border fee for international customers.
  • Access Revocation: Refunds result in immediate revocation of any associated access.
