Refund Policy: Live Vectric Group Training Community

The Live Vectric Group Training Community is a subscription membership designed to provide ongoing training, resources, and support. By subscribing, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms:

1. Subscription Details:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annual).
  • Customers who are subscribed to our email list will receive a reminder email about upcoming charges.
  • The price at sign-up is grandfathered, meaning subscribers will not be affected by future price increases as long as their subscription remains active.
    • If a subscription is canceled, the grandfathered price is forfeited, and any future re-subscription will be charged at the current rate listed on ourĀ sales page.

2. Trial Options:

  • Some subscription plans offer free or reduced-cost trials for a set number of days, weeks, or months.
  • After the trial period, subscriptions will auto-renew at the full plan price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

3. Cancellation Policy:

  • Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through the customerā€™s account settings or by emailing support@learnyourcnc.com.
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
  • Customers retain access to the community, replay lessons, and resources until the end of their billing period. No refunds are issued for time remaining in the billing cycle after cancellation.

4. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are not provided for subscriptions unless a disputed auto-renewal is reported within 7 days of the charge date.
  • For disputed auto-renewals, a full refund will be issued minus a 2.9% processing fee.
  • An additional 1.5% processing fee applies for USD cross-border transactions for customers outside the US.
  • These fees are set by the payment processor and are beyond our control.

5. Switching Plans:

  • Subscribers may switch between monthly and annual plans by contacting support@learnyourcnc.com.
  • Plan changes will take effect at the next billing cycle.
  • No processing fee will be charged for switching plans.

6. Exceptions:

  • While this policy is strictly enforced, exceptions may be granted at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company on a case-by-case basis, as determined solely by the Company.

7. Agreement to Terms:

  • By subscribing to the Live Vectric Group Training Community, you agree to these terms at checkout.
