1. Eligibility:

• The 30-day money-back guarantee is available to first-time buyers only.
• Customers who purchase through third-party platforms must request refunds through that platform and adhere to their refund policies.

2. Requirements for Refunds:

• To qualify for a refund, customers must complete at least the Level 0: Bootcamp Intro section of the course.

3. How to Request a Refund:

• Refund requests must be initiated by emailing support@learnyourcnc.com within 30 days of purchase.
• If you have used the free one-on-one troubleshooting session, you have an additional 10 days after that session to request a refund.

4. Disqualifications:
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:

• Misuse of the course materials
• Sharing access with others
• Completion of the entire course
• Any other misuse identified at our discretion

5. Partial Refunds:

• If more than 50% of the course has been accessed, a 50% refund of the purchase price will be issued.
• Partial refunds are only eligible within the first 30 days of purchase.

6. Access Revocation:

• Upon issuing a refund, access to the course materials will be revoked immediately.

7. Refund Processing:

• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method.
• A 3% processing fee for credit card payments or a 3.75% processing fee for PayPal payments are non-refundable.
• An additional 1.5% processing fee applies for USD cross-border transactions for customers outside the US.
• These fees are set by the payment processor and are beyond our control.

8. Policy Enforcement:

• While this policy is strictly enforced, exceptions may be granted at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company on a case-by-case basis, as determined solely by the Company.

9. Agreement to Terms:

• By purchasing the Vectric Master Training Course, customers agree to this refund policy during checkout.
