Learn Your CNC Academy Partnership Program Policy Agreement

1. Introduction

The Learn Your CNC Academy Partnership Program (the “Program”) is designed for CNC router manufacturers and distributors who wish to offer high-quality Vectric training courses to their customers. By joining this Program, partners agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern the bulk purchasing, distribution, and marketing of Learn Your CNC Academy courses.

2. Partnership Terms and Eligibility

  • Minimum Purchase Requirement: Partners must make an initial purchase of at least 5 course licenses to join the Program. Courses available for bulk purchase are:
    • VCarve Master Training Course: $347 retail price
    • Aspire Master Training Course: $497 retail price
  • Discount Structure: Discounts are applied based on the number of licenses purchased per order:
    • 5–9 licenses: 20% off retail price
    • 10+ licenses: 30% off retail price

Note: Orders may include a combination of VCarve and Aspire licenses to meet discount thresholds.

 3. Ordering and Payment

  1. Order Submission: Partners must submit their orders using the provided order form in their Partner Google Sheet.
  2. Invoicing and Payment: Learn Your CNC Academy will issue an invoice upon receiving the order. Payments can be made with credit card, ACH bank transfer, PayPal, Apple Pay, Venmo, or check.
  3. Payment Terms: Payment for course licenses is due within 30 days (net-30) from the invoice date. Timely payment is required to maintain partnership privileges.
  4. Product Delivery on Credit: License codes will be delivered upon order placement, not upon payment. Partners are responsible for making timely payments as outlined in the net-30 terms.
  5. Course Code Delivery: Unique course access codes will be sent to the partner and stored in their Partner Google Sheet for distribution to customers.
  6. All Sales Final: All purchases of course licenses by partners are final. There are no refunds, exchanges, or returns for purchased codes.

4. Product Pricing and Discounts

  • Retail Pricing: Partners are required to maintain the listed retail prices on their websites: $347 for VCarve Master Training Course and $497 for Aspire Master Training Course.
  • Discount Flexibility: Partners may offer up to a 10% discount to customers for a maximum of 30 days annually without prior approval. These 30 days may be split into separate periods throughout the calendar year.
  • Approval for Additional Discounts: Any discount exceeding 10% or extending beyond 30 days in a calendar year requires written approval from Learn Your CNC Academy.

5. Customer Fulfillment and Access

  • Customer Purchase Fulfillment: Once a course is purchased, the partner provides the customer with a unique course code link, enabling them to create an account and gain lifetime access to the selected course.
  • Course Access: Customers receive immediate access to video lessons, updates, and support materials associated with the course they purchased.

6. Refunds and Code Management

  • Customer Refunds: Partners are required to honor a 30-day refund policy. If a customer requests a refund within 30 days of purchase, the partner will process the refund and notify Learn Your CNC Academy at [email protected] with the relevant code details to remove that customers access.
  • Code Deactivation: Upon refund notification, Learn Your CNC Academy will deactivate the course code. Deactivated codes are not restocked automatically; however, the partner will receive a credit equivalent to the refunded code(s) to apply toward their next bulk purchase.

7. Demo Access Code for Partner Use

  • Demo Access Code: Each partner will receive one demo access code upon joining the program. This code provides access to course training materials so that partners can view what their customers will experience.
  • Access Duration: The demo license will remain active for as long as the partner is enrolled in the program. If the partnership is terminated, the demo access code will be revoked.

8. Marketing and Promotional Support

  • Marketing Resources: Learn Your CNC Academy provides approved partners with access to a comprehensive library of marketing materials, including digital assets, promotional guidelines, and course descriptions.
  • Partner Portal Access: All resources are accessible through the Partner Google Sheet, where partners can download materials and stay updated on any new resources or course updates.

9. Reporting and Performance Tracking

  • Sales Reporting: Partners are encouraged to maintain accurate records of course code sales and customer transactions to streamline tracking and facilitate customer support if necessary.
  • Refund Reporting: Partners must report any customer refund transactions within 3 business days of processing the refund to ensure prompt deactivation of course codes.

10. Branding and Advertising Guidelines

  • Adherence to Brand Standards: Partners must accurately represent Learn Your CNC Academy’s courses, using only the approved marketing materials and adhering to branding guidelines provided through the Partner Portal.
  • Product Descriptions and Pricing: All course listings and product descriptions should be consistent with the materials provided by Learn Your CNC Academy to ensure brand alignment.
  • Competitive Advertising Restrictions: Partners are not permitted to use paid advertising targeting keywords that compete with Learn Your CNC Academy’s branded terms, including but not limited to course names, product terms, or other proprietary keywords associated with our brand. Any unauthorized paid advertising that competes with our keywords may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
  • Unauthorized Advertising: Unauthorized marketing or pricing modifications that deviate from the guidelines or approved discounts may result in suspension or termination of partnership privileges.

To maintain fairness and brand integrity, the following restrictions apply to paid advertising by partners:

  1. Keyword Restrictions:
    Partners may not bid on or use paid advertising targeting the following:

    • Learn Your CNC Academy brand terms (e.g., "Learn Your CNC," "Learn Your CNC Academy," "Vectric Master Training Course").
    • Keywords related to our proprietary course names or branding.

  2. Content Restrictions:
    Partners may not create advertising content that mimics or impersonates official Learn Your CNC Academy ads, including copy, design, and visuals.

  3. Prohibited Ad Platforms:
    The use of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid advertising platform to directly compete with Learn Your CNC Academy’s campaigns is not permitted.

  4. Approved Advertising:
    Partners may run ads promoting the courses on their own terms (e.g., promoting CNC machine packages with bundled training courses) but must receive prior approval for any campaigns that could overlap with Learn Your CNC Academy’s audience.

Non-compliance with these restrictions may result in immediate termination of the partnership and revocation of access to resources.

11. Agreement Term and Termination

  • Term: This agreement remains in effect as long as the partner maintains an active order status and adheres to Program guidelines.
  • Termination: Either party may terminate the partnership at any time with written notice. Learn Your CNC Academy reserves the right to terminate the partnership if the partner fails to comply with Program policies, including pricing guidelines, refund requirements, or branding standards.
  • Effect of Termination: Upon termination, the partner must cease all promotional activities associated with Learn Your CNC Academy’s courses, and any remaining codes will be deactivated unless otherwise agreed.

12. Limitation of Liability

Learn Your CNC Academy is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from a partner’s failure to comply with this agreement, including but not limited to refunds processed incorrectly, unauthorized discounts, or misrepresentation of course content. Partners agree to indemnify and hold harmless Learn Your CNC Academy from any claims arising out of their breach of this agreement.

13. Amendments

Learn Your CNC Academy reserves the right to amend this agreement as needed to reflect changes in Program structure, pricing, or policies. Partners will be notified in writing of any amendments, which will take effect upon agreement or continued participation in the Program.

Acceptance of Terms

By joining the Learn Your CNC Academy Partnership Program, the partner acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined in this Policy Agreement.
