Refund and Rescheduling Policy: 1:1 Zoom Training Sessions

We are committed to providing a seamless and effective training experience. Please review the following policy for refunds and rescheduling of 1:1 Zoom Training Sessions:

1. Booking and Payment:

  • Sessions are self-scheduled through our online scheduler.
  • Full payment is required upfront at the time of booking.

2. Rescheduling:

  • Customers may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Rescheduling can be done through the booking email or by contacting us via email at support@learnyourcnc.com.

3. Cancellations:

  • Customers must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel a session.
  • Cancellations can be made through the booking email. However:
    • Self-cancelations made through the booking email will not trigger an automatic refund.
    • Customers must email support@learnyourcnc.com to request a refund if they qualify under this policy.
    • Refunds are not issued for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

4. No-Shows:

  • If a customer does not attend the session without prior notice, we will send a reminder email during the session and follow up afterward.
  • If the customer does not respond or join within 10 minutes of the session start time, the session is considered forfeited, and no refunds will be issued.
  • If the customer joins the session late, the missed session time (up to 10 minutes) will also be deducted from the session length.
  • Exceptions may be made in cases of emergencies or technical difficulties at our discretion.

5. Customer Satisfaction:

  • If a customer has concerns about their session, we offer a complimentary 15-minute follow-up session to address their needs.
  • No refunds are provided for dissatisfaction as the session time was already utilized.
  • Sessions that are attended and completed are non-refundable.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds for eligible cancellations (those made with 24+ hours' notice and requested via email) will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method only.
  • A 2.9% processing fee is non-refundable.
  • An additional non-refundableĀ 1.5% processing fee applies for USD cross-border transactions for customers outside the US.
  • These fees are set by the payment processor and are beyond our control.

7. Access Revocation:

  • Any associated access or materials will be revoked immediately upon refund issuance.

8. Policy Enforcement:

  • This policy is enforced to ensure fairness and respect for everyoneā€™s time.
  • While this policy is strictly enforced, exceptions may be granted at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company on a case-by-case basis, as determined solely by the Company.

9. Agreement to Terms:

  • By booking a session, customers agree to these terms and conditions.
