Subscription Terms

By signing up for the Live Vectric Group Training Community, you agree to the following subscription terms.

1. Subscription & Billing

  • The Live Vectric Group Training Community is a recurring subscription membership.
  • You may choose either a monthly or annual subscription plan at checkout.
  • Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before your next billing date.
  • Your payment method on file will be charged automatically for each renewal.

2. Trial Offers (If Applicable)

  • If you start with a trial or promotional offer (such as a discounted first week), your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan at the end of the trial unless canceled beforehand.
  • Trial fees are non-refundable once access has been granted.

3. Access to Content

  • Upon signup, you receive immediate digital access to:
    • Live weekly training sessions
    • Recorded lesson replays
    • Downloadable project files
    • The private community
  • Access is granted instantly and remains active while your subscription is active.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
  • Canceling stops future charges but does not refund past payments.
  • After canceling, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

5. Pausing Your Membership

 Instead of canceling, eligible members may request to pause their membership.

  • Memberships may be paused for up to 90 days per pause period
  • Members may pause their subscription once per 365-day period
  • While paused:
    • Billing is temporarily stopped
    • Access to the membership and its benefits is suspended
    • Your current pricing (including any grandfathered rate) is preserved

Before the end of the pause period, we will reach out to confirm your preference. If we do not receive a response, your subscription will automatically resume at the end of the pause period using your existing billing schedule.

If you choose to cancel instead of resuming, please note that any grandfathered pricing will be lost.

6. Grandfathered Pricing & Plan Changes

  • When you sign up for a subscription, you are locked in at the pricing of your selected plan at the time of signup.
  • Your first payment may be discounted if you join during a promotion, but future renewals will be billed at your locked-in subscription rate.
  • As long as your subscription remains active, your pricing will not be affected by future price increases.
  • If you pause your subscription, you may resume it later and retain your original pricing.
  • If you cancel your subscription for any reason, your grandfathered pricing is permanently forfeited.
  • If you choose to rejoin after canceling, you will be required to sign up at the current subscription price available at that time.
  • Due to system limitations, canceled plans cannot be reinstated at previous pricing, even if the cancellation was accidental or unintentional.

7. Refund Policy (Subscription-Specific)

  • Due to the digital nature of this membership and immediate access to content, refunds are not provided for subscription payments once processed.
  • The only exception is for disputed auto-renewal charges that are reported to us within 7 days of the charge date.
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and will be reduced by non-refundable payment processing fees charged by the payment provider.
  • Refund requests made after the 7-day window are not eligible.

8. Account & Payment Responsibility

  • You are responsible for managing your subscription, including cancellations, pauses, and billing preferences.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method on file is accurate and up to date.
  • Payment methods can be updated at any time from your account settings.
  • If a charge is successfully processed to the payment method on file, we are unable to move or reassign that charge to a different payment method.
  • Requests to change a payment method must be completed before a billing charge occurs.
  • Login credentials and account access are for the individual purchaser only and may not be shared.
