#295: Stackable CNC Fruit Basket

🍎 In this lesson, we are diving into part two of our custom CNC fruit basket project! Following up on last week's design walkthrough, we explore creative ways to make these baskets interlocking and infinitely stackable. You'll learn how to design handles, matching bottom notches, and a half-lap interlocking joint completely inside Vectric software, as well as how to use SketchUp to visualize the fit before cutting. We also cover double-sided machining setups, layer-based toolpath calculation, and adding pocket allowances for a perfect fit. This project is a fantastic gift idea and can be made using both VCarve (Desktop or Pro) and Aspire!
