Most files are provided in CRV or CRV3D format, which are made for Vectric software (such as Cut2D, VCarve, and Aspire). We also include universal vector formats like SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, and PDF, so you can import them into other compatible CNC software.

All CRV and CRV3D files are created using the latest version of Vectric software available at the time the project was made.

• If you're using the latest version of VCarve or Aspire, you’ll be able to open the files without issue.
• If you're using an older version, you may see an error when trying to open the CRV or CRV3D files directly.

However, we include universal file formats like SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF, and STL, so you can import the vectors or 3D models into any version of Vectric software. You’ll just need to recreate your own toolpaths using your preferred settings.

Yes! Files labeled CRV are compatible with both VCarve Desktop and VCarve Pro. Files labeled CRV3D require Vectric Aspire. We also include STL files for 3D models that can be used in many other software programs.

Yes, example toolpaths are included in the CRV and CRV3D files. However, you must review and adjust them as needed to match your CNC machine, tooling, material, and safety preferences.

Absolutely! All projects are fully scalable and customizable to suit your specific needs, materials, and machine size.

Each product listing includes bit recommendations. Many projects use a 1/4" end mill, and some include optional details using a 90° v-bit or other tools. Always review the file description before cutting.
