Yes! After booking, you’ll fill out a form where you can describe your questions and upload related files. If you need to share multiple files, please zip them into one folder before uploading.

Absolutely. Your 1:1 sessions are completely confidential, and we will never share your designs, files, or project details with anyone else. Your trust is important to us, and we take file security seriously.

Session recordings will be sent to you via a Zoom replay link and are available for download for 7 days. Be sure to save your recording promptly.

You’ll need a strong internet connection, a working microphone, and Zoom installed on your computer or device. A webcam is optional but recommended for better interaction. If you’d like to share your screen or allow us to remote control your computer, ensure your files are ready to go before the session starts.
