In this creative lesson, we expand on last week's wavy flag project by showing how to turn any shape—like a map, state outline, heart, or star—into a beautiful flag design using VCarve or Aspire. We walk through step-by-step how to trace a shape, import the flag design, align and trim it, and even turn it into a 3D wavy flag version. We also show tips for clipping, projecting toolpaths, and how to use the distort tool to shape text into your design. Whether you're doing a flat carve or 3D wavy version, this lesson opens the door for tons of creative custom signs!
