🥣 In tonight’s project lesson, we are diving into the world of custom wooden spoons and spatulas! While we've imported existing spoon models in the past, this session focuses on the "how-to" of designing your own from scratch. You’ll learn how to take a simple profile and turn it into a beautiful, functional kitchen tool using 3D modeling techniques.
We cover everything from tracing a physical reference to creating a "wonky zero plane" to achieve that perfect ergonomic bend in the handle. While the 3D modeling portion is specific to Aspire, we also discuss how VCarve users can import these designs as STL files or use the Molding Toolpath to get similar results. Whether you want to recreate a favorite heirloom spoon or design a custom gift, this lesson will give you the foundation to start carving!
